Rehearsals

Tuesdays (5-8), Thursdays (5-8) & Saturdays (1-4)

For the first month, Ensemble will only be called 2 rehearsals per week, Leads will be called 2-3 rehearsals per week. The final month (October), everyone will be called for all rehearsal as we will be running the whole show.

Mandatory Rehearsals - The final 3 weeks (starting October 12th) all actors are expected at each of these rehearsals! We may also add Monday rehearsals these final weeks.

Who: 

Youth ages 6 - 18

What: 

Prepare to sing a song of your choice. 

Song can be from Seussical or a different musical. 

Song should be short in length or a cut from a song (choose the part that shows off your voice best). 

There will also be readings from the script.

About the show:

Featuring the works of Dr. Seuss, Seussical Jr weaves the stories of "Horton Hears a Who" with "Horton Sits on an Egg" along with many others into a beautiful story of friendship, loyalty, and love. Despite all odds, Horton and Gertrude band together to save the Whos, free Horton, and restore peace and unity to the Jungle of Nool! The charming story of Seussical teaches us the power of being unique, and the importance of fighting for your beliefs.
